Through the use of a personal assessment of 26 unique components of emotional intelligence, participants are coached through the process of developing skills that exhibit the need for growth and tempering the those that may cause difficulty.  The instrument and process can be used only on the individual level, but provides deeper and more valuable insight when applied to a leadership team or an entire staff. 

For leaders who desire deeper growth and development of skills, a 360 degree process is used along with individual coaching.
